We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locating hard to find and specialty parts, inventory control, and strong follow up skills. Mechanical knowledge and Upfit experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

- locate parts as needed for repairs or replacements

- Manage the procurement process for parts and supplies

- Coordinate demand planning to ensure adequate inventory levels

- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms

- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and usage

- Oversee warehouse operations related to parts storage and distribution

Requirements:

- Prior experience in parts management or a related field

- Strong customer service skills. You'll be the first point of contact for Retail business and our sales team

- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand part specifications

- Skilled in demand planning and inventory control techniques

- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor interactions
